Passing and the pass fake are the most effective tools a player has to disrupt a zone. Coach Locke uses a 4 v 4 shell drill to teach you how to attack the seams in the zone even if you don't have the ball. He demonstrates how to use the dribble to penetrate gaps and get into the seams forcing two defenders to guard one offensive player.
