In order to develop a consistently successful basketball program, developing players at the middle school level is crucial. Middle school is where basketball players start their careers and a place where good fundamentals are established.

Coach Cammarano demonstrates how he sets up his 90 minute, middle school practice to make his players highly successful. He uses a combination of fundamental and advanced drills to instruct his players through individual skill work, passing, shooting, rebounding, team offense and defense, and special situations.

Each segment of practice is designed to put your players through a rigorous workout and to build their confidence. Cammarano's drills are designed to do more in less time making your practices more efficient.

Coach Cammarano brings all of the skill work together towards the end of his practices by putting his players into various 5-on-0 and 5-on-5 settings. These segments focus on offensive sets, out of bound plays, zone offense and zone defense, and a competitive game to teach his players how to use the skills learned in practice in a game setting.
